Certainly, one can see the effort put into these by those two airlines...
'Yun nga lang... naging chipipay ang dating ng SEAIR compared to what SPANAIR did.
Kung gagamitin din lang promotional chuva ang video... sana lang mas nag-effort pa.
Kapos ba sa Marketing at Promotions budget?

nakaka touch naman un sa spanair...cute..
i flew on SQ on christmas day; they didn't have anything special but they were, as usual, efficient and polite. more than i could ask for any airline actually. oh, and they let me have as much riesling as i wanted! :-D
What a brilliant idea! That is what you call total passenger care! Viva Spanair!
